Graffiti removal

The possible applications are very diverse.
The TORNADO ACS is cleaning all persistant and problematic contamination on the very different surfaces, as for example:
clinker, concrete, plaster, natural stone, tiles, wood, plastic and metal.

All strong pollutants can be removed, like for instance:
graffiti, rust, lime stone and paint.

Graffiti removal on thermal compound systems (WDVS) - facade

Graffiti removal on thermal compound systems can be gently removed as it does not harm the extremely thin insulating layer beneath.

The TORNADO ACS is only cleaning the surface.

For cleaning also the pores of the facade in depth from graffiti we recommend to use very fine granulate (e.g. Jetglass 150).

Graffiti removal on paint

When removing graffiti from paint, the quality of the paint on the subsurface is of importance.

The TORNADO ACS is guaranteeing a deep pore cleaning here as well.

Graffiti removal on plaster

The TORNADO ACS can also be used at all types of plaster (e.g. mineral roughcast).

The TORNADO ACS removes graffiti deep pore on a surface (til approx. 5 mm).

Graffiti removal on natural stone (sandstone)

As sandstone is very sensitive a very soft method is required for removing graffiti.

In this case, the TORNADO ACS is also optimally useable as it cleans without using water and chemicals.

The effect is that neither graffiti is rubbed in the sandstone nor water is pushed in.

The TORNADO ACS withdraws the graffiti smoothly of the sandstone.

To be able to clean even more gently you can work with less engine output.

Car paint spray on natural stone

Despite the surface irregularities the spray can be removed without problems (differences in height of the surface of up to 3 cm can be evened out).

Permanent marker on polished granite (natural stone)

In this picture you can see an example for removing graffiti from polished granite in an underground station.

Applying the granulate nut shell 450 the granite will not be damaged.

The advantage of the TORNADO ACS is that it is very surrounding-friendly which means that while working with the machine no one is hindered and the public business is not affected in any way.

Graffiti removal on concrete

Graffiti removal can be done fast and effectively from concrete. Also on washed concrete the TORNADO ACS guarantees a deep pore graffiti removal.

Graffiti removal on clinker

On clinker the TORNADO ACS works trustworthy with a high capacity of clenaing 4-5 m² per hour of the surface.

But principally the fugues are cleaned in the same time. We recommend fine and darker granulate (Asilit 90).

The graffiti removal can be perfomed without affecting the public business.

Graffiti removal on tiles

Graffiti on fired tiles can be easily removed.

The fugues can be also perfectly cleaned with the TORNADO ACS which is an obvious advantage.

Graffiti removal on plastic

Graffiti on signs or on advertising panels can be optimally cleaned by using nut shell 450. In the picture you can see a steel door on which a logo out of foil is plastered. During operation the foil is not damaged as is a soft material and absorbs the energy of the impinging granulate.

The TORNADO ACS is very well suited for shopwindows which are plastered with foil.

Graffiti removal on steel

Graffiti on metal can be throroughly removed with coarse granulate (Asilit 250-500).

Especially to remove colour marking or to create a metal clean surface the TORNADO ACS is exactly the right solution.

Graffiti removal on wood

Since the TORNADO ACS only removes layer for layer, the frame-work is freed from graffiti without damaging the coat of paint.

Without effort both clinker and wood are cleaned from graffiti, as the TORNADO ACS is ideally suited for the soft cleaning of both surfaces.
